3. JoyWaltzAcademyLearning Program Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel yourJoyWaltzAcademyLearning Program subscription orJoyWaltzAcademyLearning Program and Box subscriptionat any time, subject to the time frames below. In order to cancel your subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) log intoyourJoyWaltzAcademyLearning Program account, click on the ‘My Subscription’ tab, and hit ‘Cancel’; OR (b) emailhello@joywaltzacademy.com, indicate that you wish to cancel yourJoyWaltzAcademyLearning Program subscription, and followthe instructions.
  • Cancellations must be effectedpriorto the billing date of the subscription renewal. Cancelling your subscription does not provideyou a refund for subscription payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Once your cancellation has beenconfirmed, you will have access to your subscription until the end of that current billing period. Your cancellation will gointo effectfor the following billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

4. JoyWaltzAcademyPlan Modification

  • If you choose to upgrade yourJoyWaltzAcademysubscription, the difference in class credits will be added to your accountimmediately and your payment method on file will be automatically charged a pro-rated amount based on the number of lessonsremaining in your current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for the full cost of the new upgraded plan starting with thefollowing billing cycle and your account will reflect the modified plan subscription. For example, if you upgraded to PremiumPlanand will have 2 live instruction slots for that month, you will be billed an additional of $49.50 ($99/4 x 2 lessons) .
  • If you choose to downgrade yourJoyWaltzAcademyPremium subscription, your account will remain the same (no change to classcredits, no refunds for the difference in plan costs) for the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for the cost of the newupgraded plan starting with the following billing cycle and your account will reflect the modified plan subscription.

5. JoyWaltzAcademyPremium–No-Show / Makeup Class Policy

  • JoyWaltzAcademydoes not allow makeup classes for any live online classes. SinceJoyWaltzAcademyLive Classes are booked inadvance with a live teacher’s slot, missed classes will not be eligible for a refund or for the class credit to be returned backinto yourmonthly allotment of classes.

6. JoyWaltzAcademyPremium–Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations for bookedJoyWaltzAcademyPremium Classes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. Only forsuch proper cancellations, the class credit for the cancelled class will be returned back into your monthly allotment of classes. Yourreplacement class must be utilised within the same subscription month.

7. JoyWaltzAcademyLearning Program Premium Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel yourJoyWaltzAcademyLive Classes subscription with us at any time, subject to the time frames below. In order tocancel your subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) log into yourJoyWaltzAcademyaccount, click on ‘My Account’ in thenavigation bar, head click ‘Manage Live Classes subscription,’ in the ‘Live Classes Subscription Details’ section, and click‘Cancelplan’; OR (b) emailhello@joywaltzacademy.com, indicate that you wish to cancel yourBumoBrainLive Classes subscription, and
  • Photography and Video Permission, Name, and Likeness Release
  • All ofJoyWaltzAcademy/s premium lessons with a student, whether in a group or one-on-one setting, may be video and audiorecorded for quality and safety assurances.JoyWaltzAcademymay also photograph and/or take “screenshots” of students, andtheir families, participating in the Program. Such photographs and/or videos may be shared with other families enrolled inJoyWaltzAcademyin a variety of ways: on theJoyWaltzAcademywebsite, on aJoyWaltzAcademynewsletter, on emails to otherstudents enrolled inJoyWaltzAcademyand/or their families, on any social media platform owned and/or maintained byJoyWaltzAcademy, its affiliates, successors and assigns, among others. Any such photographs, images, audio and/or videorecordings of my child (“Materials”) may be used to better communicate with students and families enrolled inJoyWaltzAcademy,to illustrate the curriculum of anyJoyWaltzAcademyprograms or to document other activities. These Materials may also be usedfor general marketing purposes ofJoyWaltzAcademy, its affiliates, successors and assigns.
  • JoyWaltzAcademyretains all rights, title and interest in the Materials and may use and disseminate them, at its sole discretion, ina variety of ways, without any notice to you and/or Student.
  • I hereby give permission forJoyWaltzAcademy, its affiliates, successors and assigns to take and record photographs, images, audioand/or videos of my child (“Materials”) and to use such Materials as described above.
  • I hereby irrevocably grant toJoyWaltzAcademy, its affiliates, successors and assigns, the right to distribute, transmit, publish,copy, or otherwise exploit, either in whole or in part, either digitally or in any other medium now known or later discovered, theMaterials. I understand and agree that the Materials may be used without identifying me and/or my child as their subject.
  • I release and dischargeJoyWaltzAcademy, its agents, representatives, and assignees from any claim or cause of action, nowknown or later discovered, for, among other things, invasion of privacy and right of publicity.
  • Data Transfers
  • As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other serviceproviders, and certain trusted third parties.
